Request Erasure of Your Personal Data

Submit your registered details below to initiate permanent removal of your account, workout history, or NutriClubOS club records.

Notice: Data deletion is permanent. Once completed, your active shake quotas, workout histories, and software configurations cannot be recovered. Financial tax records are retained as mandated by law.

f Remove App Directly in Facebook / Meta

If you connected via Facebook Login or authorized Meta permissions for NutriClubOS, you can revoke access anytime through your Facebook account:

  1. Log in to your Facebook profile.
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and choose Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left menu, select Apps and Websites.
  4. Locate WHub Journey or NutriClubOS in the active list.
  5. Click Remove next to the application name.
  6. Check the box to confirm deletion of posts, videos, or events, and click Remove.

What Data Is Erased?

  • Personal Profile: Name, phone numbers, email addresses, and saved preferences.
  • Gym Check-ins: Daily attendance records, biometric or card linkage, and trainer notes.
  • NutriClubOS Cloud Sync: Synced cloud customer balances and software session tokens.
  • Third-party Tokens: Facebook/Meta user IDs, OAuth access tokens, and permissions.
* Statutory invoices, GST accounting vouchers, and tax transaction logs are retained strictly in accordance with Indian financial compliance regulations.
